The Institute of Monitoring and Evaluation Practitioners, Ghana (IMEP) has announced its 28th Health & Wellbeing Webinar, scheduled to take place on Saturday, 21st February 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, as part of IMEP’s 2026 professional and wellness engagement programme.
The webinar, themed “Managing Stress and Burnout,” will be delivered online via Zoom and is designed to support professionals in navigating the increasing pressures of work, deadlines, and performance demands in today’s development and public sector environments.
Addressing Wellbeing in Professional Practice
The session will focus on practical strategies for recognising, managing, and preventing stress and burnout, particularly among monitoring and evaluation practitioners, development professionals, researchers, and public sector officers. Participants will gain insights into maintaining mental resilience, work–life balance, and sustained productivity.
The webinar will be facilitated by Dr. Ama Oforiwaa Adu-Mensah, a Member of IMEP Ghana, and a seasoned professional with expertise in health, wellbeing, and professional performance. Dr. Adu-Mensah is expected to share evidence-informed approaches and practical tools that participants can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

Participation in the 28th Health & Wellbeing Webinar is free of charge and open to IMEP members, non-members, and the general public. Registered participants will receive the Zoom access link ahead of the session.
